Independent Monitoring Surveying
Lender’s Independent Monitoring Surveyor (IMS) is the term that the RICS has defined for the role also known as bank monitoring surveyor, project monitoring surveyor, funder due diligence or funder monitoring.
We work closely with our funder partners to be their eyes and ears through from initial viability appraisal through to project completion. Our expert knowledge and technical expertise provides funders advice and up to date key information they require in order to understand the technical risks along the development life cycle and make informed decisions on their investment.
